Your service personnel did a wonderful job of diagnosing the problem with my car, they gave me an estimate of the repairs and came in under the estimate when they were done. The service manager kept me informed and made sure the car was in tip top shape before I left. They took great care of my car and I would absolutely recommend them to my friends and family.

Had a very good experience at Southwest getting some regular maintenance completed on my GMC AT4. Got an opportunity to meet Cortlin and he was awesome. He’s the type of guy I can see making positive impact at this location. My stepson also sells cars at this location but my rating is solely on my experience. Went in to get transmission looked at. Was told that they couldn’t even look at it for at least 2 weeks. So did not get service.
