Could not schedule appt online--Buick app did not list Southwest as a local dealership. Called & it rang 10 times before getting an answer, then it went to parts instead of service. Lady said service was busy but she was able to book my appointment. My 8:00 appointment for an oil change & tire rotation took 2-1/2 hours. It appears there is a whole new staff from when I was there a few months ago. People were nice & I'm assuming they did what they were supposed to do but it took entirely too long to make the appointment & WAY too long for the service.

We were on vacation with reservations at the Hilton in Arkadelphia, on our way to Galveston Tx. Earlier that afternoon, I hit a pothole. While driving from Hot Springs to the hotel, I noticed the steering wheel and the whole car shaking. I had to drive on the expressway at 55 mph to keep from shaking. Once I checked into the hotel, I looked up a GMC dealer near me. I called them, and it was about 7 minutes before closing. They told me to come right down. They checked the car, rotated the tires, and balanced them. I was told I would need new rims, but the car was safe to drive. I would have bought the rims from them if they had had them in stock. I was very grateful for their kindness of staying late to fix my car. Everyone was really nice and helpful.
