Went in for the maintenance service and the fuel filter was at 14% as well usually I’m asked or recommended to replace it this time I wasn’t given the option or advised until I was already at check out where they stated it should last until the next maintenance service but I don’t feel comfortable as I travel for work a lot

The buying process was straight forward, smooth and efficient. Working with Grayson and Jacob was pleasant and professional. I was an out-of-town purchaser and was very pleased with the entire process. Well done Southwest Auto Collection!

Great!

Very nice people

Easy and quick service!

Your service personnel did a wonderful job of diagnosing the problem with my car, they gave me an estimate of the repairs and came in under the estimate when they were done. The service manager kept me informed and made sure the car was in tip top shape before I left. They took great care of my car and I would absolutely recommend them to my friends and family.

Quick service great price.

Very friendly staff, customer service waiting room was clean and COOL.Very accommodating and makes me glad I traded with them in this expect world and get less than expected.

Had a very good experience at Southwest getting some regular maintenance completed on my GMC AT4. Got an opportunity to meet Cortlin and he was awesome. He’s the type of guy I can see making positive impact at this location. My stepson also sells cars at this location but my rating is solely on my experience. Thanks you for a job well done and my business and truck needs will be done at Southwest!

Always takes care of my vehicle! A great dealership to do business with!!!
